What it does
GoCardless collects one-off and recurring payments by bank debit, such as Direct Debit in the UK, instead of by card.
Who it suits
Businesses that bill customers on a schedule (subscriptions, invoices, instalments) and would rather pull from a bank account than charge a card.
Price
On the UK pricing page, the Standard plan costs 1% + 20p per domestic transaction, capped at £4, and 2% + 20p per international transaction. Advanced (1.25% + 20p) and Pro (1.4% + 20p) add payment-failure and fraud reduction. Fees exclude VAT.
